Technical achievements of semi-automatic unpacking machine
The semi-automatic packaging machine is a platform that holds cardboard boxes and allows them to slide on it, making the unboxing process more stable. It's important to note that this differs from fully automatic unboxing machines. As the name suggests, semi-automatic means it's not entirely machine-operated; sometimes human assistance is required. Specifically, the platform is elevated on a frame, allowing the left and right lids of the box to fold onto the bottom of the platform. This process can introduce errors, so human intervention in improving it becomes crucial.
The semi-automatic unboxing machine can automatically complete the bottom folding and currently finish the tape bonding of both upper and lower parts, saving labor. However, the downside is that sometimes the machine gets stuck, meaning it gets entangled by the tape, which requires us to intervene. It's quite evident that the machine cannot adjust on its own. The technological achievement of the unboxing machine lies in its wide range of applications, ease of operation, not only reducing packaging costs but also occupying less space. In terms of materials, imported components, electrical parts, and pneumatic elements are used for assembly.
The semi-automatic unboxing technology is also demonstrated in its applicability to packaging of the same cardboard box size at the same time. The only drawback is that if we find the cardboard boxes are of different sizes, we need to replace them, which this machine cannot accomplish. If it's necessary to change the cardboard box specifications, we can manually adjust it, taking no more than one or two minutes. The components of the semi-automatic unboxing machine are precisely designed and durable, with no vibration during operation. The addition of a transparent acrylic protective cover prevents accidents during collisions. This is the most ideal design technology available today.
