What is the design concept of the unpacking machine?

How is the packaging machine designed? Its high stability and reliability stem from independent innovation. To make it better suited to our production needs, we must move away from outdated and unreliable design concepts. Enhancing our ability for independent innovation and learning advanced technologies is the key. Maintaining a positive attitude and a calm mindset when opening the box is particularly crucial, as this can fundamentally improve production techniques. Strive for a significant shift in mindset and a boost in service economy, contributing to the development of new patterns.

The design of the opening machine is primarily determined by its several key components: the combination clutch, reducer, gear transmission mechanism, and spring extension. Determining the tensile force required for opening is one of the challenges of this mechanism and also the focus of our research. How do we solve this problem? Through some experiments, we can determine the magnitude of the tensile force needed for opening, which can serve as a basis. Then, we select suitable springs and choose other major components to meet the maximum torque requirements. The entire design process is well-organized.

The unboxing machine synchronously sucks in and forms the shape, while simultaneously folding and sealing the bottom. During operation, there is no vibration, ensuring stable and long-lasting performance. It can work for extended periods, with precise machine performance. The machine uses PLC + display control, greatly facilitating operation. We all know that the unboxing machine needs to provide significant explosive force at the moment of opening to complete the unboxing process. Following this principle, we designed a highly automated modern device.
