Introduction to the working process of the unpacking machine
The unboxing machine's workflow is as complex as it can be, yet simple in its essence. Here's a brief introduction to the process. First, take an already formed cardboard box that needs to be opened; this is the preparatory step. Then, turn the belt width adjustment knob to match the width of the discharge belt with the height of the box for easier operation. The heating plate of the unboxing machine penetrates the middle of the two belts, and the blade rises to cut through the belt, preparing the next section of the belt for its turn. This is a repetitive cycle, and there must be no errors in between. Otherwise, all previous efforts will be in vain. Every detail in this workflow must be executed perfectly.
After adjusting the height of the press plate to match the height of the formed cardboard box, secure the anti-loosening handle. It must be firmly in place; there should be no looseness. When the short tongue enters the pallet roller of the cartoning machine, a detection signal triggers the action of the tongue cylinder, which bends it with the tongue frame. The cartoning machine then tightens and connects both ends using heat fusion or materials like clips. Turn the push box adjustment handwheel to adjust the material push rod, conical adjustment block, and ensure that the box crease lines are aligned on the same straight line. This cannot be done by visual estimation; precise measurement is required to minimize errors.
The middle blade of the box opening machine descends, along with the blades on both sides. The heating plate resets, and the slide board retreats. The motor starts to drive the belt into position. This process primarily relies on physical principles such as leverage. The box opening machine presses the conveyor belt, synchronously pressing down the left and right tongues of the cardboard box, ensuring that the box, tongues, and adhesive bond together, completing the final sealing and shaping action of product packaging, which is the last step in automatic boxing. Once this is done, the workflow is basically complete. The next consideration is aesthetics; mainly paying attention to the bundling process to ensure it looks as good as possible. This concludes the entire workflow of the box opening machine.
